Join in our read-a-thon to celebrate books, literacy, and support the PTA!
The Read-a-thon is all about inspiring our students' love of reading and building literacy confidence. With fun challenges and plenty of time to explore books they love, this 2 week event helps foster a community of avid readers.
Webster's annual Read-A-Thon also raises funds via donor contributions to support programs that directly benefit students, such as author visits, field trips, student events, classroom resources, and more.
How to participate
Register your child on the readathon website.
Use this link to register your student(s) on Givebacks. If you don’t yet have an account on Givebacks, you (the parent) will need to create one first. It is free to register for Givebacks and free to participate in the Read-a-thon.
You will receive your registration confirmation email which contains the specific link to your child's fundraising page. Share your fundraising page link with family and friends.

Read and log your minutes each day on the reading log. Combine both minutes read at home and at school.

Early fundraiser incentive: everyone who gets a donation on the first day, March 2nd, will recieve an entry into the raffle for a prize basket
BINGO Card: everyone who submits a completed BINGO card will receive and entry into the raffle for a prize basket

Monday March 2nd - First day of Read-a-thon
Any donation made on Day 1 (March 2nd) earns a raffle ticket. The winner of ourearly incentive raffle will receive a Prize Basket!!Tuesday March 10th - K-2 Literacy Night
